Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and reschedules must be notified via phone call or email. Appointments are not cancelled until a confirmation is sent from one of our spa coordinators. 

Within 24 Hours:

Guests whocancelwithin 24 hours of their appointment time will be charged 50% of the full service cost.

Same Day:

Guests who cancel or no call no show their appointment on the same day of their appointment will be charged 100% of the full service cost.

Late to Appointment:

Guests who are 15+ minutes late to the service must still pay 100% of the service cost, with the technician reserving the right to shorten the service if applicable.

*Any accumulated fees must be paid PRIOR to scheduling any future appointments.

Packages: All packages are final sale. Packages are non-refundable for any reason.

Gift Cards: All gift cards are final sale. Gift Cards are non-refundable for any reason

Children: Due to safety considerations and limited space, Plush prohibits unsupervised children (under the age of 18) in the salon. In the event you must bring a child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services.

MEMBERSHIP FINE PRINT

Enrollment

First month payment is due upon sign up, no additional enrollment fee. For 2023 memberships, monthly credit amount balance does roll over for up to 24 weeks. Memberships prior to 2023, will follow the original agreement whereas monthly credit amount expires 30 days after purchase- balance does not roll over with the exception of bossy members.

Member Benefits

Member pricing is valid for members only. Member pricing will apply to all full priced services.  Non-member or introductory promotional offers cannot be combined with ongoing member benefits.

Birthday Gift is for (1) Plush Signature Facial. Facial must be redeemed during your birthday month, expires 30 days after receipt, cannot be redeemed for dollar value. May be gifted to 1 guest.

Rewards Program

Give $20 get $20 for referring a friend! The $20 credit will be applied to your salon account upon notice from the referee. This amount cannot be used to pay towards your monthly membership fee.

Memberships Freezes

As a member you are welcome to freeze your membership once per year for up to 12 weeks for $5/month. Freezes require a two- week notice prior to your billing date. Frozen memberships cannot be cancelled; your membership must be reactivated for one month prior to cancellation. Please review the following freeze policy form prior to submitting your freeze request. All member benefits will cease during the duration of the freeze. 

Cancellations

There is a 2 week notice required for membership cancellations. Late cancellations are subject to pay an additional month upon notice. To reactivate your membership you must pay a 1 time fee of $49.00 on top of the monthly membership fee. After both are paid, your membership will be reactivated and member benefits will start again. Your next monthly payment will be 30 days after both fees are paid. 

Delayed Monthly Payments

If there is a delay in processing your monthly charge, all member benefits will cease until the balance is resolved. The original payment date will remain the same and will be charged accordingly.

Additional Membership Requests

Members agree to notify the business in writing of any changes to billing account information at least 14 days prior to the next billing date.

Get a free $20 gift card or eGift for every $100 GC purchase. Get a free $50 gift card or eGift for every $200 GC purchase. Redemption of promotional and monetary gift cards or eGifts begin 12/26/20.
